Have everything you need when our taxi arrives - - the sooner we get on the road, the sooner you will arrive at your destination.  We pride ourselves on prompt, courteous service.



We carry a limited amount of currency.

For your safety, as well as our own, we carry minimal amounts of cash to change bills.   Please bear this in mind when purchasing your trip at trip-end.  



We accept major credit cards.

San Antonio Wheelchair Taxi accepts all major credit and debit cards.  Bear in mind to use the "credit" feature of your bank DEBIT card, as individual banks have their own regulations regarding pre-authorization holds that are beyond our control.



Cancel as soon as possible.

If for some reason, you need to cancel an already reserved booking, please call us as soon as possible.

Your personal care attendant and others always ride free!

San Antonio Wheelchair Taxi always allows someone to ride with you at no extra charge.  In fact, we can carry up to four other people with you at no extra charge! Also in the absence of a personal care attendant, we are happy to assist you to and from the taxi.
